The Manitowoc Public Library is in a beautiful location just across from the Manitowoc farmer's market on Saturdays and Tuesdays in the summer. The atmosphere is awesome if you want to sit down and relax and browse through a magazine or read a book. Not sure how to rate the effectiveness of the reference dept staff. Some are very helpful; others make you feel like you're a little dumb.
It's just okay.
